I'm a former employee who was let go, and is still owed a significant sum of money.

They're dishonest, pure and simple. It's a bad place to work, although there are still plenty of good people. The leadership is atrocious; corner-cutting is rampant, and they love playing the blame game.

I've never seen the word "team" spelled with more I's before, either.

Don't work there unless you absolutely have to, due to some sort of dire circumstances. I was warned myself, but played down the warnings. Don't make the same mistake I did.
