The product - Protocel - did not work - we asked for a refund - Vitamin Depot will not give a refund if the product has been opened - it is a vitamin supplement - how are you to now if it works as described - if you don't open it.
Cost for this product was 145.99 plus 45.00 to ship to Canada - Total: 181.00 - and we had to pay duty on-top of that.
We only asked to be refunded the Product Cost - 145.99 - and were still refused - because it was opened.
Also - as ridiculous as that is - we could not find a refund policy on the website.

Obviously YOU did not check the web sight hard enough. I found it This is what it says:
Any product may be returned within 30 days of its purchase provided the product is returned pre-paid and undamaged, with the factory seal unbroken. A refund of the product price will be made, less a 10% restocking fee. Refunds cannot be made for shipping costs. If you ordered by Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express the return will be made on the card you used. No refund will be made until the product has been received at our location.
If you live in Nevada, why are you shipping it to Canada? Protocel is some sort of cancer drug. How do you know it does not work?
