Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This place is a complete scam. They give you a voucher but the cheapest smallest print costs $275 so you still end up forking up heaps. The woman is really dishonest claiming that it was not paid for after I had made payment and send follow up invoices. Stay away from this place it is a big scam. Have a look at google reviews, there are 20 5 star reviews all dated the same day and no other reveiw on other days at all - the owner wrote them all.

There have been two major changes since your feedback, and I believe that it addresses both of your convers.
1. Price Change
From the 1st April this year, our prices changed with the starting print (5x7) at $95. We also offer packages that have been received with positive feedback and offer images on disc. http://www.vivaphotography.com.au/packages/default.aspx
2. Ownership of Viva Kew
The Kew location of Viva Photography has since changed hands and we are working on some of these issues that have arisen in the past. We do no condone or encourage anyone to post these type of reviews on Google or otherwise and with the change in ownership comes a new outlook on how we promote and how transparently we provide information to clients across all Viva studios, not just Kew.
