Vivid Tickets Ordered 2 tickets to concert. Added almost $40.00 " FEES". refused to cancel transaction Chicago Illinois

 YOU chose to do this all online. THIS is the costs. Were YOU perhaps thinking THEY were selling the tickets at a loss?? NOPE!!!! If THEY are selling a item then THEY are doing it for money. JUST LIKE YOU WOULD!!!! THEY make their money that allows THEM to continue to offer this service online. Make no mistake, even online businesses NEED MONEY TO RUN!!!! Perhaps instead of doing this all online and getting SUCKERED, YOU will go to a PHYSICAL LOCATION and make your ticket purchases. This way atleast YOU have some form of way to address a refund. As it stands YOU either go to that concert or eat the loss of those tickets. And let me give you one more piece of information. When YOU made your purchase YOU made it as part of a SALES CONTRACT!! Meaning that IF you decide to go behind their backs and get a refund directly from the credit card company that its going to FAIL!!! Because YOU when YOU entered in YOUR payment information, saw a little 'I AGREE" tab and YOU clicked it. At THAT point YOUR INFORMATION was used to sign an electronic contract. This way YOU cannot break thier terms of service and cannot backdoor a refund AFTER you get the tickets. I hate to say this but YOU are a victim of your own doing and the CHOICES YOU MADE!!!! Your credit card company will more then likely deny a claim for a refund BECAUSE you signed a sales contract. Once this ticket site send a copy of what YOU agreed to to the credit card company, well its NOT going to look good for you. Its going to show YOU as the scammer. I know this because I have already had to deal with a similar situation. Similar purchase, similar situation, and more then likely a similar outcome. Peoples hands are tied because of the choice to do this online. It MAY seem easier, that is until YOU run into a situation like yours. THEN the dangers are IMMEDIATLY visible. Good Luck though, youre going to need it.
