VIVINT Apx Would not repair product and salespeople lied to get u in contract company not willing to fix problem Internet

 

Vivint is a bad company that does not keep their side of the deal they send salespeople out telling u u are in the contract for 2 years once I got the service they used old parts from an old company which one of the door sensors started messing up they started telling me I had to pay for it to be fixed which I argued with at some point one of the reps made it seem like they will look into it well month went by no use of the system well it got to the point I called them and said if they are not fixing the system I'm not paying and I want the month I could not use it reimbursed well as u see it did not happen I filed a com ain't at bbb which is no help either now I have creditors calling me I don't know what else I can do
