Vlad Marian, Adrian Paul Cozma, Mario Lopez ripoff promise of merchandise, but never delivered, took my money I got nothing Padova Italy

I was on ebay bidding for a tablet pc. i recieved an e-mail from vladd marian telling me that he had this laptop for $600.

He wanted the money by way of westernunion. at first i was worried about the transaction by he reassured me. i sent him the money. he promised to send the tracking # immediatly.

the next day he wrote me telling me that he sent 2 laptops by accident. he wanted more money. at first i refused but eventually i complied i sent him an additional $200.

to this day which has been over a week since i sent the inital $600 i have not recieved a tracking # or package. he keeps giving me the run around everytime i e-mail him.
