Voice Vox A.K.A. ESBI attached an unauthorized charge of $14.95 to my local phone bill for services not rendered. They never contacted me and I never contacted them yet they attached the charge. Contacted my phone provider who said they could not do anything but bill the charge back to Voice Vox but I had to contact Voice Vox at a toll free number. Called the number and got busy signal after busy signal so I got pissed!
Now a complaint with the BBB and attorney general has been lodged. Scumbag businesses with no ethics beware consumers do fight back!!!!!!!
