I'd gone to this particular website online: https://www.voicemailoffice.com/  seeking to purchase the usage of a seperate phone number, other than my own that I could give to my tenants who rent my house to leave messages on in the event that they require some service, or an emergancy, etc.  So, I pull up this website go in and read all of the intructions provided there of how I could register all of my personal information including my credit card in order to pay a monthly fee to be automatically paid each month.      Once I'd entered my credit card info, and paid thier 1-time set up fee, I was then emailed instructions on how to go in and set up my voicemail, and was provided with an (855) number that my personal callers would call in order to leave a message that I could call and retrieve later.    On the same day that i paid, I called their so-called customer service twice in the same day, to inform them that I was having trouble setting up the account and that it was not working at all.     

I say "So-called Customer Service" because from what I could tell, it was quite apparent to me that this company "Voicemail Office" was a one man show, and that there was only one single man by the name of "Michael running the entire thing, and no one else.   This was very fishy and shady and if I had my right mind at the time, I should have just pulled out then and immediately cancelled my subscription service right then and there, but I did not. I ended up stupidly allowing myself to be ripped off in the amount of $10.95 per month for the next three months.                  Shame on me!

So, this owner of this company by the name of "Michael" is a complete and total liar and a business scam artist from Philadelphia, PA.

Last, What ever you do just please do not ever set up a voicemail service account from the online company that you would be lead to by utilizing the website from the weblink that I posted at the very beginning of this post.
