Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
My checking account information was given to this company when I applied for payday loan offers (that I didn't accept). I NEVER accept offers when making purchases...NEVER. So I was shocked when my checking account was debited. I called them and it took MANY calls to get a live representative. I actually had to seek technical assistance to get a live person. The rep argued with me stating that I had accepted their offer which I know I did not intentionally do so. Also, I never got my account information with my account number or any other type of documentation that is required to use their services or I may have found out sooner.

In my case they did not resond to either of these organizations, but a few days after filing my complaints, I recieved my refund deposited directly back into my checking account.
I now use a prepaid credit card for all online purchases and bill paying. This prevents overdraft fees when losers like this get your information and try to steal from you. I just load what I need to make my purchase or pay my bills. Anything else gets returned unpaid and I dont loose a cent.
