VOIP Your World recieved a "receipt" stating that $49.98 would be withdrawn from my checking account brookline New Hampshire

I got a letter in the mail, opened it up and inside was a piece of paper that said:

Your payment to VOIP Your World has been processed. This is your reciept.

payment date 4/29/15

payment amount $49.98

When I called th number to ask about when I authorized them to take $50 from my checking account I was told they could not help me until I gave them my checking account info so they could look up my account. I refused and gave them the transaction ID and description listed on the "receipt". They still requested my checking account information. it's a scam
