Voom Hdtv - rainbow Dbs Company ripoff, they don't repair their equipment or refund your money No Return Internet

WE called to have voom hooked up the installer took 2 months to come out to install it. He said to give it an hour for it to download. It never worked we called to have it fixed they said they would have the guy out in under a week after that week was up we called them to see what was going on they said it would take three more weeks.So we told them to take it out. They said that they would have it out in 2 weeks they also said there would be no charge becuse the free trial offer was not over.

It took the guy 2 months to caome and take it out. They guy taking it out told us that none of the equipment was setup right that is why the system never worked. That when he was trying to take it out it fell. He reported that he picked up all the equipment. Then we contacted voom and we asked why they took money out of our account. They said they would refund it becuse it never worked. And that was back on the first of July.

They said they were going to pay back 63.00 dollars. When they took out $81.77 and they are still calling us every day wanting us to pay more money. But when we call them they give us a run around. And we are tired of waiting on them since it is now september the sixth and we don't have our money back.
