Vortron hosting Vortron.co.uk SCAM! Non-Service - Do Not Give Refunds SCAM! Internet

The people at Vortron Hosting got in contact with me and I have managed to sort out the issue with them. It turns out I was talking about another company and this company is 100% clean. They offered me free hosting for 1 month and so far it is amazing. I cannot believe how nice this company has been to me after me blaming it all on them. I definatly recommend this host to everyone and I would like to formally apologise to all the staff and the Owner importantly for the bad publicity I brought to this company.

I have atleast 5 servers with Vortron and plan on buying atleast 2 more. The company provides a reliable service at a reasonable price. I have had 0 problems with vortron and its been the best hosting company I've ever used. To see them being slandered like this is disgusting.

Whats more... I wasn't even aware there is a package for $60...

I am a customer of Vortron, and on my behalf, they have never, ever, scammed me, or anyone that I know of that uses Vortron.

I have no issues with Vortron at all.

It appears that somebody has fraudulently represented themselves as Vortron Hosting. They have taken payment into their account which has nothing to do with this company. We only take paypal payments and are based in the UK and not registered in the Jonesboro location. We are very concerned that this has happened as we believe ourselves to be a very reputable company. We do hope that the person who has taken this money will be found and prosecuted.

I came across this page and noticed you had filed a scam report against us, I have looked through all our transactions and I am going to explain the following. Firstly, We do not accept credit card or debit card through our website, and never have. We don't plan on accepting it anytime in the future unless there is an increasing demand.

Secondly, Vortron is an UK based company (vortron.co.uk), all payments go to our UK paypal, all statements state "Paypal: Vortron" or something along the lines. It has our UK address on our paypal and is linked straight into our website. All our payments from the official company go through our WHMCS (widely used by 4,000+ hosts and companies around the world). Once Paypal payments have been made we instantly credit the service. If it states "Jonesboro", you should have gone into our website and checked. It clearly states at the bottom on the website "Suite 3 Middlesex House, Rutherford Close, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 2EF". That is where our companies offices are and that it where the paypal is registered to.

Thirdly, We have 24/7 Support and if you felt there was an issue, you can contact one of our team inside the Support Ticket button and replies are around 4 minutes at this current time and have not got higher than 40 minutes. There is a proper support team which all know what they are doing.

Fourthly, all our customers are very happy with our services, I am unsure where you got this "Kris" employee from? But I am highly sure, you have been in contact with another company and not Vortron.co.uk!
