 After ordering a clearly stated Free Sample, somehow this company switched all my information to a Free trial. The Free Sample was not even the same product they told my Credit card company I had ordered. There was no " I agree to terms" however they tried to say there was. When providing the so called documents for my order, it was a generic for and no terms were click on. It was very clear they did not have my permission to set me up on an "auto refill" program however my credit card company refused to listen to my side of the story and did not credit my account and took this fraudulent companies word for it.
