I started use VueMinder Pro on 12-11-14.
Back then the owner, Dan Chartrand would actually answer the phone and return emails. My contacts are support@vueminder.com phone 636-294-1521.

Now he never responds to calls and only answer 1 in every 3 to 4 emails.
Here is where the scam comes in;
3 Years ago on Jan 14, 2021, I ordered a 1-time update, as I had done on 2 previous occasions. NOT A SUBSCRIPTION, but a 1-time update.
Dan Chartrand, however, without permission, enrolled me in an auto-annual subscription. My eagle eyes missed seeing this scam on Jan 14, 2022 and on Jan, 14, 2023.
On Jan 10, 2024 I logged into my account at VueMinder.com and saw an unauthorized charge coming up on January 14, 2024. So I tried to download an updated version since mine was a 2021 version. On 2 years of unauthorized charges, which I knew nothing about, I never took an upgrade.
HIS SYSTEM WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO DOWNLOAD AN UPDATE WITH 4 DAYS REMAINING IN THE UNAUTHORIZED UPDATE SUBSCRIPTION.
On January 10, 2024 I phoned Dan Chartrand at his number 636-294-1521. He did not answer nor does he have voicemail. So I checked True People Search, and Dan Chartrand STILL OWNS THIS NUMBER. I immediately emailed Dan Chartrand at support@vueminder.com asking why I could not download an update/upgrade BEFORE I WOULD CANCEL MY UNAUTHORIZED SUBSCRIPTION. He did not answer my email, so on the evening of Jan 13, 2024 I cancelled my unauthorized, but charged for by Dan Chartrand. On Jan. 30, 2024 Dan FINALLY answered my email. Here is his reply;
"Unfortunately, it appears you cancelled your update protection on Jan 13. Since your update protection has already been cancelled, it’s no longer possible to update to the latest version." I PAID FOR 3 YEARS AND GOT NOTHING.
If I ran my 28 year old company like Dan Chartrand, I would not be in business today. My personal opinion is that VueMinder is failing.
Buyer Beware. This company may Scam you too.
