Beware of working for this company.

I did work for VWM Property Services removing snow and ice.  I am still waiting to be paid for the services I performed.  I did work for about one month, before realizing I would never receive full payment for my work.  I had talked to Markeese often, and he never mentioned a problem with the work I had done, but continually told me that I would be paid an amount we had agreed upon for each property.  He eventually paid me a small fraction of what was owed, but then stopped answering the phone and I have not be able to contact him since.

VWM is what is called an "order mill" in the property preservation industry.  They receive orders from banks or other property preservation companies working for banks.  They then hire subcontractors to do the actual work.  The only problem with VWM and Markeese Boler is that they do not pay their subcontractors.  I am not the first to accuse Markeese Boler of this practice.  He gets paid from the banks but doesn't pay his subcontractors.  When his subcontractors quit, he just hires new ones.  Don't get burned by this dishonest person like I did.

Markeese Boler may respond that the work was not completed, or improperly completed, so he did not have to pay.  This is a lie that he has used before.  Check out the other reports on this website.  I did the work he requested, but he refused to pay.  Do not do any work for this company.  They are dishonest and don't pay their subcontractors.
