So I looked at their return policy and emailed them, and received a confirmation to go ahead and send it back for a refund. After I sent it back they immediately ignored all my emails, texts, and calls, and I have not received my refund. I have plenty of proof of all of this, and have given them more than enough time to respond.

So I looked at their return policy and emailed them, and received a confirmation to go ahead and send it back for a refund. So I followed their instructions and sent it back as told in the email and in their refund policy.

After I sent it back they immediately ignored all my emails, texts, and calls, and I have not received my refund. I have plenty of proof of all of this, and have given them more than enough time to respond.

There's no reason I shouldn't have received my refund because I checked the requirements for returning my order and received a personal confirmation email from them, and followed their instructions. 

It also shows on their website that they changed their number recently because it's different from the number provided before that I used. There previous number was 1 323-577-7165. 

Im also pretty positive it's a dropshipper, so the address on the package where it says my order came from, may not be directly related to the person responsible.
