After having my income tax deposited to my account my account was blocked. When I called the automated system said I needed to upload a copy of my id. After I uploaded the id. It said it would take 2 business days to complete the r eview and unblock my account. It has been two weeks and I have not been able to reach a live pr rson my phone. I have emailed both green dot bank and walmart money card 14 times and all they tell me is they need f w/o business days to review the information. Even though it has been two weks. I need my money.
