I ordered Walkfit because of low arches. Love the product and was actually gearing up to buy extra inserts for 2/3 more shoes. Noticed a $44 charge from the company for 'Joint Support'. Looked through my packagin and noticed a small bottle of pills labeled 'joint support' and a letter claiming I signed up for a continuous cycle of tese pills at $19.95 every two months. Not only did I depress the box to "unsign" myself up for these when I ordered, they over charged me.
