I purchased a RCA tablet and gave to my boyfriend who used it for after Christmas. And I was told because it was past the 14 days for return. I was SOL now if I purchased it on 11-26 and gave it on the 12-25 as a present. How is that even right. They said not their fault call RCA tablet tech support. Ok gave me a number. Can't we don't have one. Really appreciate your time in this matter. Now I have a dead tablet. And no one to help me.
