I bought team mobile phone called and told them to shut off in October 27th due to a death in family and was not shut off til Nov. Dont feel im reponsable for bill but still sending a bill in Nov. and dont feel i owe them. My husband passed away September 10th and paid for Oct. and feel i owe.....please help me.
