As of today, it seems that Mr. Rice, the owner of Allstream Financial Group has decided to shut down his website & disconnect his number. I am sure he will pop up somewhere with another scam. I am in the process of working with the Memphis Police Dept., & Western Union (got a letter from them today) If you are a victim of Mr. Rice please contact your local police dept. Together the police depts from all over can find this piece of scum & put him behind bars. If you are a lawyer, government official please write back to this article and we can go from there.
