WAMU Credit Card Company Increased balance transfer rate Internet
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I transferred two balances that were both supposed to be 1.9% until August, 2008.
In June they started charging 20.74% on one of them. I have repeatedly contacted them and pointed out that on my previous statements it shows that both were transferred at the same time and that both have been charged at 1.9%.
They simply reply that "the interest rate is valid".
I emailed them and told them that if they could not comply with the terms of the original agreement then they should close my account.
