My sales contract dictataing exclusive representation was cancelled June 2nd, 2008.

I was advised by WAMU collection and customer service to submit the application for WAMU credit protection services that I had been paying for to insure my credit card payments up to 24 months untill again gainfully employed.

Upon WAMU receipt of my credit protection request, and my inability to make credit card payments due to the present 0 income status, WAMU denied my request and sent my account to a collection agency and reported me to the creadit bureau asa custome in default.
