Wan Qian City of Industry curling iron. I bought a curling / flat iron looks nothing like I saw when I bought it. I tried contacting them they won’t respond. There was no directions or receipt so I could contact them. This is the worst service!!

I also ordered the curling iron and the package came with the curling iron box, but there was a cheap flat iron in it. I have no contact info. Can anyone help?
