Wan Qian Sunkylie Lizle Sent the wrong item and refuse to send a return label and 100% refund. City of Industry California

We ordered Solar Flame Lights and received LED flame light bulbs.  We keep telling them the order was wrong but they insist that they sent the correct order and if we want the Solar Flame Lights we are to send them more money.  I have told them many times that we did not order LED bulbs to just send us a return label and credit our account 100%. 

The most they say they are willing to do is us pay to send them back and if they get them back in good condition they will credit us $30.  I don't trust them at ALL.  They sent us a China address, but they came from California and our credit card company told us they sent the money to London. 

We ordered from Sunkylie, but it came from Wan Qian.  Do Not order anything from any company that does not show a phone number or even an address.  That should have been our first sign that they could not be trusted.
