Delivery guys showed up 2 hours earlier than the projected window, so I had to leave work in the middle of a meeting. They tracked dirt all over my carpet because they left their boots on, the grill they delivered wasn't fully assembled, they left it in pieces. The grill was damaged. They scratched the wood on my door frame removing my old grill and left without a word. By the time I saw the damage, they were gone. For $750 I expected a new grill, not a dented and scratched one, I emailed support but got no response.
