Warrentech Direct They sold me a Protection plan for my refrigrator, and I have a claim and they are not honoring it Bedford Texas

The warrentech company sold me a protection plan for my refrigerator. I called them to get the repair work done. It's been going on 3 weeks now and I still don't have a working refrigerator.
I have called them several times to see why there is such a long delay and all I've been getting is the run around. I have even requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that one would call. Still waiting for the call.
They were suppose to send a warrenty packet. Still waiting for that.
All they have really done is take my money, $305.00 and pretty much forgotten about me. They did manage to sent a post card thanking me for the purchase. And it does have a reference #5484345101.
