Avoid like the plague...
Ownership/mgmt is extremely 'salsey' might be confused and think you're buying a used car opposed to actually signing up. Coaches are decent... if they last, the retention there is ridiculous, coaches seem to last a few months until they have decided they too are fed up with mgmt.
Dont even attempt to get out of your contract, that will lead you too a circular conversation that will seem to never end and will eventually end up frustrating you. They push 'competitions' which are really 'everyone wins' & for nothing else but gym promotion.
Overall, me and my family trained with them for almost 2 years, the experience was frustrating, chaotic, and just unpleasant.
