The attorney Joseph Wasch with the firm Wasch Law, formerly Florida General Counsel Services, has prepared a business sales agreement and pormissory for me. 

When he prepared the documents, Mr. Wasch assured me multiple times about the enforcability of the documents. He used several times the words "iron Clad" and induced me to sign the note. He assured me that the documents can be enforced within one week to one month if the other party wouldn't pay the note. 

The signature didn't make the monthly payments on the note and defaulted. To enforce the note he preapred, Mr. Wasch demaned $100,000+ proof of funds.

He said he will not do anything to enforce the promissory note for $130,000 if I don't show him funds to pay him to do the process. He than said the process will take about 18 months.

When Mr. Wasch induced me to sign that promissory note by assuring me that -if I wouldn'd get paid- it would take one week to max. one month to get paid. Not 18 months!

Now, he wants to elongate a process and charge me an unbelieveable $300 each hour for enforciung a document he preapred and provided assurances. When I asked for contingency, he said very clearly "under no circumstances will I take this on contingency".
