Watches65 I completed a survey which said I could get a watch for only the handling charge of $5.99 but I was charged the $5.99 plus $95 Nationwide

I completed a survery and was offered a watch for only the shipping and handling charge of $5.99. I received the watch and $5.99 was taken from my credit card. The next month I noticed a charge of $95 from the same company-Watches65 but I had not received any more merchandise nor had I ordered anything else. They were charging me for the watch. Rip-off
