Water Warehouse, Doheny's Water Warehouse, D.E.I, Doheny Enterprises Inc. Doesn't Honor Warranty Kenosha, Wisconsin

After months of getting the run around from the subsidiary company, D.E.I., Doheny's Water Warehouse refuses to honor the warranty they claim to have on their pool covers. My cover lasted less then six months, came with an 8 year warranty, and when I finished sending them cut outs, registered letters over a 3 month period, I was informed to resubmit another sample. I of course after cutting it up and it being worthless, threw it away as opposed to sitting in my yard or shed. So for a measly $89.99 they have lost a loyal customer from the last 3 years. Its my own fault for purchasing from them because I had read other stories about Doheny's not honoring warranties. Live and learn.
