Waterfowl haven outfitters Jim Arnold mislead a party of four hunters telling us we were coming to a 2600 acres of private property that was only 300 offered us half our money back upon exsposure but refuse once we let fort collins Colorado

I first saw the ad on craigslist for a drop camp hunt in colorado i called for more information.They were good salesmen they told me and three other hunters that we would be hunting 2600 acres off private land where elk and deer traveled through daily. made us pay half up front and sign a contract. That we couldnt get a refund.Upon arrive we were showed maps. After hunting the first day we ask the land owner where the rest of the property was he said this is it.We tried to contact jim arnald to no avail finally 2 days before the end of the hunt jim came to camp to show us some hunt prospects we ask him where the rest of the private land was. He admited thats there was nun and offered us half our money back and told us to call him on wednesday when we left.On wednesday he wouldnt answer the phone called the office they had no repy then i couldnt get thim to answer the phone tell i called from another number thn i got screamed at over the phone telling me i signed a contract.
