WaterTech Industries Econominder, Reionator Water Softener did not last long and company would not stand by it Carrollton, Texas

I purchased a Reionator water softener and valve broke after a few years and it cost more for valve than a new water softener. I wrote company and they had fine print in their Warranty and I had to throw it away as useless.

WaterTech has thousands of very happy Reionator owners throughout the US. We are not aware of this particular incident as WaterTech products are sold and warranty claims are handled through our authorized dealer network - not through the factory. If a customer has had a poor experience with a WaterTech dealer and doesn't feel they are being treated fairly or adequately, we are happy to assist in identifying another dealer with whom they can work.
The WaterTech Reionator is built with industry leading components that are certified to NSF Standard 61 and the entire system is certified to NSF Standards 42 & 44. As mentioned above, we are not aware of the incident or the part that was involved in the claim being made. We DO stand behind our warranty - which is one of the best in the industry for any water softening product. The complete warranty is available to view on the last page of the downloadable owner’s manual.
We regret that Mr. Budd has had a poor experience with the Reionator and/or WaterTech dealer and would be happy to investigate the issue further if desired.
