Hi, I'm trying to find anyone out that has information on Ronald Scott Hanson. He and his wife Tammy have a pool company that goes by the name of Waterworks Pool & Spa, Atlantis Poolscapes, or Blue Creations. I know someone that contracted a job to them and can not get the job completed nor get their money back. Please help. I can be reached at (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))@gmail.com. Thank you.

If this is in refrence to M/M Faus, we not given oppertunity to complete work started, we were threatened that payments made by credit card were going to be disputed, after these threats we demanded to be paid in cash instead of futher credit card payments, this was denied us, and we decided to withhold futher work until card payment was beyond date of dispute. We were threatened by attorneys, and other contractors who would accept credit completed it.

Which is just fine, accept that they did exactly what they threatened, disputed 2 payments, and have to date recieved a complete demo of 300 sq. ft of pool deck and a decaying multi-tiered planter for free. Then scream foul.

Fact is,  Mrs. Sue Fahs is a DEADBEAT. How can you dispute a credit card payment YOU personally made. And the documentation reveals the payments were made AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED AND INSPECTED AND PAYMENT APPROVED.

To dispute as she did, she had to lie.

She and her husband have cheated Ronald Scott Hanson out of approx. 8k in agreed design, planning, permit and demolition charges. Equipment was purchased, but never delivered because of the threats to dispute payments if certain hoops were not jumped through, which were standar violations of specifications in the agreement.

Beware contractors for these people Farmers Branch.

Thanks J.R. for informing me of that rule. My question is how do I reach the other people who have posted on here about that company? It is important that I speak with one or all of them due to the fact that I have a relative dealing with Mr. Hanson right now and looks like they are going to end up in a bad situation. Please advise. Thanks.
