Purchased and had fiberglass installed by Customer Fiberglass pools who in 2004 was a retailer and approved installer of the manufacturer Waterworld Custom Fiberglass Pool. Had cracks since the first year of opening the pool. Custom and Waterworld came out every year to fix cracks now Waterwold will not honor their warranty telling us that their approved retailer/installed installed the pool incorrectly. We were told by Al Tallman no need for a copy of the warranty only need our receipt. Now Don Tallman refuses to come out and fix any of the cracks saying we installed the pool incorrectly.

I am the owner of Tallman Pools located in Jonesboro, Georgia. It has been brought to my attention that when a visitor of ripoffreport.com searches our company name, “Tallman Pools”, this complaint against Waterworld Fiberglass Pools is found. It seems that this is happening because of the common name of Tallman. I would like to make it clear that there is no affiliation between Tallman Pools and Waterworld Fiberglass Pools, we are two completely separate companies, with different owners, that operate independently.
Tallman Pools encourages all consumers to do their research and to be as informed as possible before choosing any company to work with. If you continue to do a thorough search of Tallman Pools, you will see that we have an impeccable reputation and that quality and customer service are our number one priorities.
