Wawanesa General Insurance claims that an electrical fire on 15 July, 2012, smoldering wires, does not constitute a fire, therefore the claim is disallowed.

The 2002 BMW car's GPS and stereo DVD radio , which were also destroyed in non-fire, were after market products, therefore the claim is disallowed.
