Taylor,I have now learned,is an accomplished scam artist and during his time in Canada I have worked with him on several of his 'projects'. He does hide in the Phoenix area at his son's home but has a residence in B.C. just on the Canada / US border, which he rents to one of his Canadian friends.
"Dream Dragon'' Productions was a scheme in which Wayne had at least ten people invest money in a company that was supposed to produce a pilot for a TV series.This was a fabrication. No series was produced and the money went to his girl friend in Poland to buy a house.I have talked with two of these people who were burned by this scheme.
While a Director at Si Vault Systems Inc in San Jose and Vancouver BC, he continually took money from me to invest in this company. He shorted their stock on a number of occasions. The company eventually filed bankruptcy leaving shareholders with nothing.He owes me in excess of $450K USF which I don't expect to recover unless the authorities in the USA apprehend him.
He is extremely knowledgeable in the banking and fraud arena having learned his trade well while at HSBC.Hopefully others who have been burnt will come forward and provide additional information.
Needless to say I hope gets what he deserves-time behind bars-and is tripped of whatever assets he is hiding.

This is a sad, sad attempt of a so-called friend that I will no longer have anything to do with and uses this as a desperate try to draw me back in. John, I will never-ever have anything to do with you again. You screwed me and everything you say in your little "blog" is all lies. I suppose you would blame me for every poor investment you have ever made in your life, like somehow it is my fault that you are a loser. You live in a fantasy world fueled by alcohol and it is why I want nothing to do with you. You can continue whatever attack on me you want because I have done nothing wrong, illegal or anything unscrupulous. I have good relationships with many professional, successful people because of my good reputation so this is a pretty pathetic attempt to tarnish it. As opposed to you who associates himself with low-life, criminals whom I will not associate with either. HAVE A NICE LIFE JOHN!
