Wayne County Friend of the Court Child Support Division I Have Been receiving pennies for child support, that is a red flag. Something isn't right when i know the states has been taking more than pennies from the payer. I recieve no cash payments from the state so where is my payments going? Detroit Michigan

My child support payments for the last two months has been only pennies, something has to be wrong to send $1.30 cents as child support. The court has ordered payments that exceeds the amount being paid out, please investigate this as we all know the city is under bankruptcy, but that should not intrrupt my child support payments. I am just wondering, have you continued to have the same issues since you reported this? I hope you've solved the payments problems since then. However, I've been having very similar problems for years now. I think this is a very common problem and it is something I am trying to investigate. So, I know it might be a long shot in connecting with you, but I was just curious about what kind of experience you've had since.Thanks!
