Placed an online order with this company on Dec. 12 at some point they cancled the order on the 12th, I was not made aware of it. Regardless they took my money for the order the following day.

Now its the 15th have not heard anything (email) phone or otherwise. I went into my computer history and found the order page and it had been canceled by WayneDaltonParts.com I checked my bank and they got the money. I called and cannot get anyone to answer a phone in any dept. Paid with a Debit Card.

I then checked for problems or complaints online and found I am not alone!

They are not Wayne Dalton, they are a company using the name in a decieving manor.
