 Do not use this company wanynedaltonparts.com also know as EGD inc or express garage door inc. This company uses the wayne dalton name for garge door parts but they have nothing to do with the company they are a third party company that sells wayne dalton parts. DO NOT USE they will take your money and not send you the parts.

I place an order for sprins with this online company who said I would have the parts in 3 to 5 days. After 3 days i called the company to track my parts. The girl who answred said the parts had still not been shipped because they were on back order. I asked why they never contacted me to let me know they did not have the parts and also asked why the website did not say the parts were on back order.

The girl said they have no control over the parts and just fond out they were on back order. again I asked why no one contacted me she said they dont do that. I asked what they were going to do for me to fix my situation because now I had to wait longer for my parts. all the girl said was you can cancel an try to order from someone else. I said no that wont help because I will still have to wait for the parts. the girl said thats the all they can do.

I was very upset and told the girl I would contact the BBB and file a complaint and put reviews online about how I have been treated by this company and ended the call.

about an hour after getting of the phone I recieved an email from the company saying I had cancled my order when I tried to contact the company they were closed. I am now out my parts and my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
