I did not know what the "WC *VALUE PLUS-V 800-475-1942" charge was and figured it was something my wife or one of my kids had ordered on line so I dismissed it. I tried to call the number but when ever I did it was at night or on the weekends. Like most people I and my Wife have to work for a living. The charge has appeared on my statement every month for over a year and I have not been able to stop it! Please Help!

Here is what you need to do to get your money back

This is the real deal. This company is all legal and has never lost a court case in it's existence. Value Plus, Passport america, Fredrick's of Hollywood, Budget Saver's, as well as many others, are memberships provided for all kinds of things from movie tickets to groceries. TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK- You need to keep calling them. Get a hold of one of the regular represenatives that answers the phone AND BE NICE! Trust me, they don't make very much money and they catch hell all day long just to make ends meet. They can either refund you right away, or send a form that is required to be sent back. It all depends on how many times you have been charged. The benefits that these memeberships provide are very real, but good luck in taking advantage of them in the next millenium, they really make you jump through hoops for a gas card that is not even worth it. Follow the instructions given by the rep and on the form that is sent. If you were just seeing the charge, like in your online statement, allow 24-72 hours for it to show up so it can be taken care of. This company is very real and they have a lot of money. If you don't want to deal with these people DON'T ORDER ONLINE, DON'T ORDER OUT OF JUNK CATALOGS, AND ALWAYS SAY NO TO ANY ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
