The company lied about the length of time it would take for cd's to arrive. One week is what they promised in an e-mail to me and that turned into nothing at all coming. I had to call repeatedly to get them to resend another cd because they wouldn't refund my money. That cd took about a month and a half to arrive.

They lied about having a home office in the USA. They kept telling me they are located in the UK. After I found out they were in Beaver Oregon, I asked them again specifically if they had any affiliates/home office in the USA agian they told me no...what liars.

After finally receiving their cd, it was evident it was a peice of ______! Just like them. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Oregon. It did me no good. wccl/Bradley Thompson continue to rip people off. How can we get them to be responsible for their actions, which is the only thing that will make their actions change.

I hope everyone checks them out and see's the many many complaints regarding this company before buying anything at all from them. Their products are crap and so is the so called service they provide at a very poor level. They suck.

Most physical orders arrive at their destination within one week. If this didn't happen, we're always happy to track or resend your order.

I'm not entirely sure what your complaint was regarding physical location: this should not affect you. We do have offices in both the US and UK, and many other countries.

I'm not sure what your problem with the course was - but why not simply return for a refund, rather than going straight to the BBB?
