The company should be called "We don't actually Fly".  I have tried multiple times to get my paid for balloon ride.  They have always cancelled the flight.  The last one took the cake.  They did not fly on 7/3/11 due to "high winds" of 3-5 mph, they did not fly on 7/4/11 am due to "high winds" of 1-2 mph.  They did not fly on 7/4 pm due to "extreme gusts" with wind speeds of 3-5 mph.  They did not fly on 7/5 am due to "gusts".  With again wind speeds of 3-5 mph.  Their web site says that they fly with winds under 7-10 mph.   They have not flown yet this year and when questioned they could not tell me when the last time they actually flew. 

They take payment in full when you purchase the ticket with it being non-refundable, but never actually fly



DO  NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!  Big rip off
