On or about May 9, 2014, I contacted We Rent for You about cosigning for an apartment that I wanted to move in on May 30, 2014. The person that I dealt with was Wendy Miles. Everything was finalized and I sent them a total of $1570 ($255 for background check and $1315 for a deposit. On May 29th I spoke with Wendy Miles and everything was a go for the next day. On May 30th, moving day, I could not get in contact with Wendy Miles or anybody at the company. I was desperate, I had to be out of my apartment. By the grace of God I found another apartment over the next few days and was able to move in. On June 4th, 2014 I received an phone call from Wendy Miles stating the offices had caught on fire the night of May 29th and that was why they could not be contacted. I told her I understand things happen and that I just wanted my money back. She told me it would be sent back to me. I have since contacted the company multiple times sent multiple letters and to this date, April 9, 2015, I have yet to receive a refund. These people are crooks!!!!

Yes, you were scammed and so was I. Wow, a fire! I didn't know VIRTUAL OFFICES caught on fire. If she did have an office, there should be public record of the event, insurance papers, something for proof! Wendy Miles is aka Julia Daniels, Randi Vaughn, Randi Vaughn Capetian, Dr Randi Vaughn, Randi Capetian, Randi Natashi, Randi Dorante, and Empress Havana. She stole 2296.00 from me. Her stalling tactics included cyberbullying, not answering phone or email, called me a witch and murderer and child molester publicly, posted my private info online publicly, accused me of stalking their employees and kids at school publicly, defamed me publicly, sexually harassed me and sent me death threats and threats of bodily harm publicly! Since she couldn't scare me off, she tried the flattery method. This included offering me to job, offering me a free move, calling me her new best friend, buying me presents (which were never sent), saying she'll send me a purse and shoes (never did), offering me a part in her fake reality TV show, pretending to be scared of me, and offering to get the demons out of me! My refund is 3 months overdue!
Randi WendyJulia has a whole scam network. All the fake businesses she owns are Equity Risk Services, Commercial Services Corporation, Trust Alliance Apartment Cosigners, Multi-Family Cosigners, Zharie Petroleum, Chocolate Twist Productions, Capetian Ministries, Medical Products LDP INC, and We Rent For You Nationwide Cosigners. She has at least two accomplices. Mis Sanders and Lisa Rossi aka Summer Rain Rossi, Summer Rossi, Summer Rain, Taylor Rain.
Other fake employees are John Davidson. Jonathan Bailey, Kim Bailey, Terri or Terry or Kim or Duo Nguyen, Marilyn Davidson, etc. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, Richland Police Department, Attorney General of 15 states, Facebook, Twitter, Ripoff Report, Fox 19 news, Dr.Phil, National Apartment Assoc, LinkedIn, Manta, Yelp, Angie's List, Internet Crime Complaint Center, Docusign, Bank of America, Google +, Youtube, and about 25 other scam complaint sites.
