Received the offer via the post office in January 2008. The company, Wealth Dispatch Authority, claims to be from Miami, Florida but the postage was paid from Las Vegas, Nevada (US postage permit #5703).

They offered a $2,643,221 prize in exchange for a $30 processing fee. Clearly a scam so I did not reply however, I was unable to find any mention of this scam on the internet other than one other ripoff report (#287420)
