Wealth Information dupes my 74 year old mother into giving credit card information and over $5000 !! tempe Arizona

 My 74 year old mother was talked into giving Bob Stine and wealth information 2 of her credit card numbers.  My mother told the rep that she wanted a lower interest rate on her credit cards and he told her that he could accomplish that. My mother had no idea what wealth information was trying to sell her financial educational services.  My mother told them that she was not interested in training and she was told not to worry that they would help her over the phone.  All along she thought she was talking to some sort of large financial institution who could give her lower interest rates on her cards. Much of the conversation is unclear to my mother or myself by in the end over a 2 day period wealth management racked up over $5000.00 on her credit cards for unknown reasons or services rendered.  Please do not do business with these people and NEVER give any information out on the phone unless you have initiated the contact. We have already contacted both credit card companies and are hoping that we can dispute the charges since no goods or services were received at this point.  We are from Toronto, Canada area.
