Hello, I am sorry you experienced that. Many times people call us wondering where there package is because they have been waiting 2 weeks. I will break this process down: When you mail your check, our lovely postal system is in control of how long it takes to reach us. Once it reaches us, we begin processing orders Monday-Friday only. If you pay by money order, the process moves pretty quickly. However if you pay with a personal check it takes 10 business days for us to ship your order. Here is why: once your check is deposited in WP's account. The bank takes the funds from your account and says the check is good. However, if the check is really not good for whatever reason, WP will not find out until 5-7 business days later. This is why there is a hold on orders placed via personal check or cashier's check. Basically any form of payment that can be stopped has a hold on it. If anyone wants to avoid this hold, please pay via money order.
