Web-rebates.com Digital Labs RIPOFF!!! Lost rebate and Re-submitted rebate El Paso Texas
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Submited rebate for Digital Labs dvd purchased at Kohls. Waited 4 weeks and called Web-status.com and they advised me that rebate had not been received and that I needed to resubmit rebate. I was not told at this time that I could fax the rebate but to resubmit by mail. After another 4 weeks I called and was told that they had not receiived the re-submited rebate. The then told me the timeframe to resubmit the rebate had passed. They then told me that if I had faxed the resubmited rebate it would have arrived in time. Horrible customer service. Have called Digital Lab with no luck. Stay away from Web-rebates.com.
