I too seem to have been caught by Web Shopping Network scam. I ordered the H20 xmop on line from them on 12 February and lured by the extra 10 discount by making a direct bank payment through Nat West to their account 52638219 Sort code 60-14-10. I then received confirmation of the order but since emailing them 3 times and trying to phone; no one answers that! I find that the web page is now closed.

As this appeared as a sponsored link through Amazon I also contacted them but they are unable to help. What next??
