I was selling on Webdidz and they took my seller status away for no reason. Then they took more money out of my account, and still sound I was not verified and would not restore my seller status. What a rippoff!!

We received complaints against this seller, regarding non receipt of merchandise and failure to respond to customers emails.

We contacted this seller and received no response. So we unverified their account, which means they can no longer sell on the site. We eventually heard from this member over two months later, regarding why their account was no longer verified. Their correspondence with us was verbally aggresive and threatening. We replied in a professional manner, explaing the reason they are no longer verified.

We do not "take" money from members accounts. All transactions are initiated by the member making payment, and there is no recurring billing done from our end. This persons claim of us taking additional money from their account was actually them attempting to pay for verification again, which that amount was refunded.

If a seller is not willing to comply with U.S. Laws or our sites policies, we do not allow them to sell on our site.
